The Artist House Annual Holiday Beauty Bash

NOVEMBER 27 - 29 2024

STEP 1

After you have registered yourself for the bash, create a post on your Facebook and/or Instagram to share the bash with your customers, friends & family and potential customers. Feel free to modify the caption example below to best match your personality &/or integrate into your current customer retention processes.

POST CAPTION EXAMPLE:

With the holidays approaching, I have a really exciting experience I want to share with those of you who either love Seint makeup or are interested but haven't had the chance to try it yet, for whatever reason.

✨Myself and an incredibly talented group of Seint artists have all come together to host our annual Holiday Beauty Bash here on Facebook at the end of the November.

🤩This is a fun, fast-paced group party for our customers and their friends & family! You will learn more about how to use our products, watch live tutorials from our talented artists, all while being entered in to win thousands of dollars' worth of prizes!

💄On top of that, I can provide you with a unique rewards link to share with your friends & family that will potentially earn you credits towards free makeup! Once your rewards link has accumulated over $200 in sales, you start earning credits towards free product and items at 1/2 off.

STEP 2

Now that you’ve created a call to action - you need to follow up with those interested!! You can either respond manually or using a message trigger system in your preferred messaging platform.

First Message:

Hey!! I'm so excited you're interested in the beauty bash and taking advantage of our rewards program. This is a unique rewards link created just for you to share with your friends & family, ONLY available to my resisted customers, no purchase necessary. If you purchase under another artist, reach out to her to grab your rewards link. If you need to register as a customer, you can do that here: (insert your registration link. For example, mine is: https://katfairchild.seintofficial.com/en/customer/registration#)

(insert rewards photo or other compelling graphic)

Once you've confirmed you're a customer of mine or set up a new account using the link above, please comment DONE and I will send you your personal party link and a script to share with your ladies to get them into the party! Once you receive the confirmation “DONE” from your hostess, you will need to create their party link and connect with them via Facebook so a group chat can be created with them and their guests. Please modify the below messages, as needed depending on the app you prefer to connect with your hostess and her guests.

Next Message:

Here is your unique party link! (insert here)

Please send me a message on my personal Facebook page so we can get you and your guests into a group chat. Here I can help assist in color matches and whatever else you and your ladies need. (insert your point of contact/FB page)

[Note: If you are not friends with your customer on FB, you will need to make sure to check your "message requests" folder on FB to find their DM]

Be sure to follow along with your hostess group chats and respond as needed.

If your hostess does not introduce you to her guests, take the opportunity to do so and share that you are the “Artist” for them to mention when asked who invited you to the party. Mentioning your name will enter them into the giveaway posts.

Share the script below before / once the party ends to encourage sales for your hostess.
